At DU Ventures, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We carefully inspect every order before dispatch; however, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we are here to assist you.

Eligibility for Returns

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

  • The product has significant quality or specification issues

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories (if any) must be intact

  • Proof of purchase is required

Exchange Policy

Customers may choose to:

  • Exchange the item for another product (subject to availability)

  • Request a replacement for the same item

Exchange requests depend on stock availability.

Refund Policy

If you prefer a refund instead of an exchange:

  • Refunds will be processed within 1–2 business days after receiving and inspecting the returned item

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or provided bank account (where applicable)

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue is from our side

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Used, damaged, or altered items by the customer

  • Products without original packaging or accessories

  • Items damaged due to misuse or negligence

  • Clearance or final sale items (if applicable)

Return Procedure

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team via email

  2. Provide your order details and clear photos/videos of the issue

  3. Wait for return approval and instructions

  4. Ship the item to the provided return address

Once we receive and inspect the item, we will proceed with your refund or exchange.

Important Notes

  • Customers are advised to check their parcel at the time of delivery

  • Minor variations in color, size, or appearance due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects

  • DU Ventures reserves the right to reject any return that does not meet the above conditions
